For three decades, David has dedicated himself fully to the local real estate scene, engaging in a myriad of transactions ranging from new home construction to land sales, re-sale homes, and rural properties. Throughout his illustrious career, he has consistently garnered recognition as a top-producing agent, earning prestigious accolades such as the Chairman's Circle Award, Leading Edge Society with Prudential, and most recently, the Directors Platinum  Award from Royal LePage in 2023.

As an esteemed member of The Waterloo Region Association of REALTORS®, David's involvement extends beyond transactions. He has actively contributed to the real estate community by serving on the Cambridge Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, Chairing and Co-Chairing the Bi-Law Committee, and participating in the Finance, Discipline, and Professional Standards Committees. Presently, he holds a position on the Finance committee, showcasing his ongoing commitment to the industry's integrity and growth.

Beyond the realm of real estate, David's pride and joy in his family. Alongside his wife of 34 years, Michele, they managed to proudly raise their six children. The family has grown over the years to include a clan of 12 plus 5 beautiful grandchildren.  Demonstrating a profound understanding of the dynamics of a stable family life: this personal insight into both the joys and struggles of family life equips him to empathize with the diverse needs and desires of his real estate clients.

In addition to his professional achievements, David has taken leadership roles in the community, serving as the President of Cambridge Minor Lacrosse and actively supporting various local events.
